Ongoing Expansion Into Private Equity
Over the last ten years we have expanded our marketing strategies and business building techniques into the start-up private equity vertical.
Both Joel Albrizio and Bad-Adz Digital invest in and advise a select group of private equity companies each year.
We look for companies whose potential accomplishments we like and a management team we feel we could comfortably work with as we grow together.
Our goal is twofold: we invest and selectively advise our favorite companies. Companies that can grow together with Bad-Adz.
As an example of past successes Joel Albrizio and his company J.M. Albrizio Inc. and Adlife worked with C&S Wholesale grocers for over 35 years.
When outsiders look at C&S Wholesale Grocers today, they see the largest grocery wholesaler in the United States.
However, when we began with C&S Wholesale Grocers, their annual sales were just over $90 million; 35 years later, C&S Wholesale Grocers reached or exceeded $30 billion in sales.
We begin with a small investment in a company we believe in
We begin to meet with management and discuss the company, the management team, etc. and try to gauge how far along the company really is in its journey, its potential, etc.
We then increase our investment and see how the company responds to our ideas, concerns and ability to support its growth. As the relationship grows our investment grows.
Most successful investments continue with larger investments combined with greater creative and strategic advice.
Our ultimate goal is to work with companies that grow into profitable entities reaching either a strategic acquisition or a successful IPO.
